Jeng jeng jeng!! My weight now is...

....78Kg!! I have lost 2Kg for last week diet attempt despite the Chinese New Year feast temptations... doom on u makan makan!!! But I have to admit that I did enjoy the temptation very much.. walaupun lepas tu sy rasa sedih & meyesal jugala siikiiit... adehh...

Anyways, my colleagues supported my intention so as my family and friends.

Basically, here's my meal everyday for last week.

Breakfast;
Soya milk
2 servings of crackers

Lunch;
Cereal drink
2 servings of crackers

Dinner;
Plain water
2 servings of crackers

Snacks; (not more than 3 times a day)
1 serving of crackers

During CNY feasts that came unexpectedly... I ate 1 serving of rice with several lauk-pauk that are supposedly banned from the food list of a dieters like me... tapi sy rasa boleh dimaafkanlaa sebab sekali-dua ja sy makan besar ni.. :D

Anyways, sy bersyukur sgt sbb dpt hilang 2 kilo ni!! Yeah!!!

GTM is the my latest personal diet plan!!

I have given this a lot of thought and after 2 weeks of thinking, I've finally come to my final decision that I want to start dieting again. This time it's for 3 months straight...

The last 2 festive holidays have contributed huge "feast" to my belly, and I've gained back my lost 3 Kilos from my last diet program, PD50H. I'm very mad at myself right now cos losing the 3 Kg wasn't easy!!! Adoihh!!!!

Since I've done this before, this shouldn't be too hard for me. The hardest part was to find the most suitable time to restart.

My past diet program was a success for me, cos I've managed to lose 16 Kg over all. I lose 11 Kilos in PSF (Project Single Fatty), 2 Kilos on my personal Convo preparation and another 3 in PD50H (Program Diet 50 Hari).

My goal weight is still 70Kg... wonder why is it so hard to achieve that till now.. but see what I can do in 3 months... why 3 months u asked? Well, I'm just trying to trick my mind to go on with this routine for 3 months straight. So, wish me luck....

Updating this blog daily is crucial for me, cos it'll remind me how embarrassing it would be if I fail to keep my own words. So here it is.... I'm starting to dieting again.... dear friends, I beg you.... don't condemn my plan... u do know how hard it is for me to decline food, so please don't tempt me... thanks...

Ni lagi satu rekod pengambilan makanan harian sy... mcm semua lebih 1200Kcal ni. Tapi memang tahap kelaparan mcm godzilla ba.. sebab banyak gerak kali kan..
















Week 4 Progress!! 11th July

Adeiii.... kan apa sy bilang. Pasal ada 2 event besar, maka berat sy pun naik 1 kilo lepas makan2 besar selama 2 hari..


3July to 9July

Dalam minggu ni ada 2 event bermakna buat sy, which was reunion dgn geng2 karas, & juga birthday adik bongsu sy, Aaron. So, jadual diet adalah juga lari2 sambil berenang2 di laut sikit..

Aiyak!! Sory lama x update! Bz bah.... skrg ni sy ngantuk betul!
So, tepayah byk taip... sy upload jak dulu progress2 sy since my last updated progress. Next time baru sy bebel kalau masa lebih mengizinkan k..

Sy update ni pun sbb xmau disingkirkan.

So, ini progress sy minggu 3 PD50H, tarikh 4 Julai. Berat tidak berubah!!! Sbb pemakanan sangatlah seimbang dengan keperluan kalori utk aktiviti mingguan. Aduhai...

27th June - 2nd July

Minta maaf blog PD50H ku!! Bukannya xmo update, tp musim 1st week bekerja ni badan baru ja mau belajar utk meng-adjustkan diri dalam fasa hidup org berkerjaya. Disebabkan badan ni sudah biasa jadi "suri rumah", bangun seawal jam 6am dan pulang rumah selewat 7pm ni terlalu memenatkan sy sbg "org baru" ni. Hopefully selepas tempoh 1 @ 2 minggu lagi berkerja ni, badan sudah boleh adapt & tenaga utk sebelah malam masih ada utk update blog ni.
